Vertebral Synovial Sarcoma - Onset with Spinal Cord Compression Syndrome. Case Report

Synovial sarcomas (SS) are rare. Less than 5% occur in spine, mediastinum, head and neck and at the retroperitoneal level and in approximately 85% of the cases occur at the level of the soft tissues and extremities. SS metastases are not rare, they occur predominantly at the level of lungs, bones and liver.
